After half a decade of spreading their brand of melodic, emotional indie punk throughout WA’s live music scene, Last Lions are releasing their debut EP. ‘Stop Killing Each Other’ features two singles ‘Sleep Forever’ and ‘Backyard Blues’, which you might have heard on Triple J, RTRfm or 89.7fm, as well as three tracks which date back to the early days of the band, where frantic, guttural performances of these angst-rock numbers would win over their first fans at backyard parties or suburban youth halls.

Last Lions have won over west coast crowds by warming up stages for Aussie rock faves British India, Luca Brasi, and The Bennies (and heaps more) with their heartfelt lyricism, refreshing musicality, and electrifying stage presence. If you’re a fan of bands like The Smith Street Band, Slowly Slowly, Hockey Dad, and Kisschasy, Last Lions are probably right up your alley.

Don’t miss Last Lions’ triumphant return from their first ever national tour at Four5Nine Bar with support from Perth’s most badass sister-grunge powerhouse FLOSSY, spellbinding alt pop queens Tether, and the fresh, swaggery blues rock of Art Of Dysfunction.
