The Rosemount Hotel’s Four5Nine Bar & Lounge is the perfect venue for your next function or event.
Birthdays, Engagements, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Sundowners & Meetings, Product Launches, Acoustic Gigs, Album Launches and Art Exhibitions – this refined space can be transformed to suit your own personal requirements.
With floor boards, retro touches and a subdued arty atmosphere, this space comes complete with a fully equipped bar, personal bar staff, private toilets, stage and inbuilt sound system giving it the edge to be perfect for any occasion.
A flat room hire fee of $200 applies to confirm all bookings in the Four5Nine Bar & Lounge, with an expected bar spend of $2,000*. Payment can be made with a credit card over the phone or directly over the bar during trading hours. Bookings are made for a minimum of 50 guests, with full capacity reached at 150 patrons. Viewings can be arranged by appointment.

BAR OPTIONS
Bar Tab
- Select a limit (for example $2,000)
- Pay for this tab at the beginning of your function with the duty manager
- Choose to select the drinks available from your tab (for example house wines, house champagne, tap beer and - bottom shelf spirits) or have your tab open for anything across the bar
- Keep an eye on how the tab is going by asking for a running total from the bar staff throughout the evening
- You may choose to increase your tab during the night
- Any remaining money on your tab at the end of your function will be refunded to you.
Personal Bar Tab
- Place your own personal credit card behind the bar from which your guests can purchase drinks
- Choose to select the drinks available from your tab (for example house wines, house champagne, tab beer and bottom shelf spirits) or have your tab open for anything across the bar
- Keep an eye on how the tab is going by asking for a running total from the bar staff throughout the evening.
Cash Bar
- You and your guests pay for drinks with individual payments, as you would at a public bar.
CATERING OPTIONS
Our Platters Menu gives you an excellent choice from which to cater your function. If you have any special requests or dietary requirements please let us know prior to your function. Due to health and safety regulations we do not allow any food purchased outside the venue to be brought in for distribution at your function (with the exception of cakes and packaged lollies).
Catering orders are required a minimum of one week prior to your function. Platters can pre-paid or paid for at the beginning of your function when setting up your Bar Tab. Please note that the amount spent on platters does count towards your total bar spend figure.

MUSIC
The Four5Nine Bar & Lounge is fully equipped with a superb sound system making it simple to organise your music for the night.
IPOD/MP3 Player / LAPTOP
Set up a continuous playlist on your MP3 player/Laptop and give this to the duty manager at the beginning of your function.
Unfortunately you will not have access to your MP3 player regularly throughout the evening, so it is best if you set up one large continuous playlist.
DJ’s
You may choose to organise your own DJ or alternatively we can give you some suggestions of DJ’s for you to choose from to suit your style and budget. Please see outline of the equipment available for hire, down the list on the left.

Please note: DJ’s must supply their own slip-mats and stylus's. All prices include set-up of equipment. If you do choose to bring all your own equipment and require assistance from our Sound & Lighting Engineer to set it up this will be charged at $25/hr with a minimum charge of one hour, his time is very limited thus, if you will require assistance throughout the evening you will need to organise your own Sound Engineer for the night.

AUDIO VISUAL
If you would like to hire a projector or TV screen from a third party supplier, please ensure you let us know if they will be dropping off and collecting direct from the venue. Power-points are located on the stage and surrounding areas of the Bar & Lounge.
DECORATIONS
We welcome you to decorate your function or event to suit your requirements, the venue is generally accessible from 12 noon on the day of your function however please call to arrange a suitable time to set up your decorations.
Please note: we ask that you use free standing decorations (helium balloons, pop-up banners, table props etc) as you will be held accountable for any damage you cause to the walls or surfaces of the premises, for further information please see our Terms & Conditions.
T's & C's
Bookings
All bookings must be 50 people or over with the exception of corporate bookings in the Lounge area only (no minimum enforced). Bookings are confirmed when the $200 room hire fee is received by the Rosemount Hotel. No dates will be held without payment. All bookings are made at the discretion of the Rosemount Hotel. All prices outlined are subject to change at the discretion of the Rosemount Hotel without notice.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing by the client to the Rosemount Hotel, and be acknowledged by the Rosemount Hotel. Cancellation of your function will result in the loss of the full $200 room hire fee.
Damages
The client/hirer is financially liable for any and all damages to the Rosemount Hotel fixtures or fittings whether sustained through their own actions, or through the actions of their guests, contractors, sub-contractors, including when bumping in or out of the venue. This includes any and all equipment hired from the Rosemount Hotel.
Insurance and Public Liability
Under no circumstances will the Rosemount Hotel take responsibility for any items brought by the client/hirer and their guests into the venue. It is the client/hirers responsibility to ensure the security of their equipment and possessions and that of their guests. The Rosemount Hotel hereby advises the client/hirer that the Rosemount Hotel will not take responsibility for lawsuits or damages incurred to anyone.
Decorations
Any styling or theme of the room in any form is at the discretion of Management and must be approved in advance. Delivery off all signage, sets, and all audio visual equipment must be previously confirmed with Management.
Food/Beverage
The Rosemount Hotel does not permit food or beverages to be brought into the venue with the exception of celebration cakes or food required for specific food allergies.
Entering the Venue
The Rosemount Hotel is a Licensed Venue, all patrons are required to present Photo I.D to enter. Acceptable forms of ID are limited to CURRENT Australian Drivers Licence, CURRENT Passport or Western Australian Proof of Age Card. No other identification will be accepted.
Juveniles
Persons under 18 years of age are permitted as guests of a private function/event in the Four5Nine Bar & Lounge until 10pm – they must be accompanied by their legal guardian. (Our house policy clearly states that juveniles are not permitted in any other area of the venue after 8pm, thus Juveniles which are guests at a private function must remain within the Four5Nine Bar and or Lounge areas only).
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Rosemount Hotel supports the responsible service of alcohol. We will not allow any violent, indecent or anti-social behaviour on the premises. It is a requirement of a law that intoxicated persons are removed from the premises. If the majority of the guests are deemed to be approaching intoxication, management reserves the right to refuse service and conclude the function at anytime. The client/hirer is ultimately responsible for the orderly behaviour of their guests and management reserves the right to intervene where deemed fit. Bar service will conclude 15 minutes prior to the venue closing time.
Dress Standards
Neat casual dress & footwear to be worn at all times. No rubber soled thongs permitted after 6pm. Jackets, or any other clothing or accessory, bearing patches or insignia of any Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs are not permitted to be worn on the premises at any time. Construction Clothing and safety capped boots not permitted to be worn on the premises after 6pm.
Entertainment
All live or recorded entertainment within the Four5Nine Bar & Lounge is at the discretion of management, all requests must be made in writing to the manager on or by the booking confirmation date. Failing to not provide this information may result in your function/event being cancelled.
