Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is valid for function bookings held between 1 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 (inclusive).

• The offer applies to Backyard and Dining Room function spaces only at Rosemount Hotel.

• This promotion does not apply to functions held in the Main Room or four5nine.

• To be eligible, the function must take place during the promotional period (1 February–31 March 2026). Bookings held outside this period are not eligible.

• The offer is available to guests aged 18 years or over only.

• A valid function booking agreement must be confirmed with Rosemount Hotel to redeem this offer.

• Standard function booking conditions, capacity limits, licensing requirements, and venue policies apply.

• This offer removes the minimum spend requirement only; all other costs (including but not limited to catering and beverages) are charged as per standard function pricing.

• This promotion cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other function or promotional offer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rosemount Hotel.

• Rosemount Hotel reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• All function bookings are subject to availability.

• Rosemount Hotel practices Responsible Service of Alcohol. Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an event if RSA requirements are not met.

• By confirming a booking, the organiser agrees to comply with all venue rules, staff directions, and applicable laws.
