Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required. 1.2. Tickets issued as complimentary or guest tickets are not eligible for entry into this competition.
2. Competition Period
2.1. Entries made between 9:00 AM (AWST) on Monday, 23rd December 2024, and 5:00 PM (AWST) on Friday, 27th December 2024, will receive two (2) entries into the draw.
2.2. Entries made between 5:01 PM (AWST) on Friday, 27th December 2024, and 10:00 PM (AWST) on Monday, 30th December 2024, will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
2.3. The competition closes at 5:00 PM (AWST) on Monday, 30th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
2.4. Previous ticket purchasers between Monday, 30th September 2024 and Monday, 23rd December 2024 automatically receive (1) entry into the draw.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Purchase a ticket to Glam Funk’s Manhattan Gold NYE event to automatically gain entries into the competition.
3.2. Each ticket purchased during the specified periods will grant the corresponding number of entries as per Clause 2.
4. Prize Details
4.1. The prize consists of one (1) night at the Ritz Carlton valued at approximately $599 AUD.
4.2. The prize includes the hotel room booking only and does not cover any additional costs such as food, drink, or other expenses incurred during the stay.
4.3. The Ritz-Carlton is not affiliated with or a sponsor of this giveaway.
5. Prize Redemption
5.1. The winner must redeem the prize within two (2) weeks of being contacted by the venue.
5.2. The date of the stay will be mutually agreed upon by the winner and the venue. 5.3. The venue will handle the booking and provide the winner with the booking details.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by phone or email by 12:00 PM (AWST) on Tuesday, 31st December 2024.
6.2. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Terms
7.1. The venue reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
7.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.3. By entering this competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the venue, which are final and binding.
8. Liability
8.1. The venue accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or any third party as a result of the prize.
8.2. The venue is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the redemption of the prize.
9. Privacy
9.1. Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
9.2. Entrants’ information will not be shared with third parties without their consent.
